To conduct value-added audits for organizations at reasonable costs, so that consistent and lasting customer satisfaction is achieved at and above the levels we target.

To ensure, in line with impartiality principles, that there is no connection whatsoever between the organization requesting certification and the assigned auditor(s).

To select all personnel involved in our certification, training and audit activities from qualified, development-oriented and self-confident candidates who comply with our ethical principles, and to subject them to continuous training to support both their sectoral and personal development.

When appointing auditors and technical experts to perform our audit activities, to select them at the training, experience and competence levels required by the standards and guidelines of ISO/IEC 17021-1, 17021-2, 17021-3, 17021-6, 17021-10, ISO 19011, 22003, 27006-1:2024, TÜRKAK KVYS-R.40.12, ISO/IEC 20000-6 and ISO/IEC 27006-2:2021.

Provided that our organization remains committed to its ethical principles, to follow changes and developments in our sector and continuously improve our current activities.

To carry out our audit activities with up-to-date information by monitoring legal and regulatory requirements published by the relevant authorities within the scope of the standards for which we provide certification services.

Risk assessment is performed at all stages of the certification processes; impartiality risks, financial pressure, customer organization complexity, sectoral risks, extraordinary events (IAF ID 3) and ICT / remote audit risks (IAF MD 4) are continuously monitored in the DD.03 Risk Assessment Analysis.

All complaints and appeals are handled impartially, independently and within time limits in accordance with the PR.12 Appeals and Complaints Procedure (initial confirmation within 7 days, decision within 30 business days, completion within 2 months at the latest).

The commercial, technical and personal data of customer organizations are kept confidential within the framework of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and KVKK; unless there is a legal obligation, the customer is informed before any sharing with third parties.

Certification processes, decisions, the list of certified organizations, and suspension / cancellation records are published publicly on our corporate website.

We acknowledge that our certification decisions are based on sufficient objective evidence, and that responsibility for the customer organizations' management system conformity belongs to the organization. Our organization performs only an objective assessment.

Ensuring the competence of all personnel involved in certification activities, offering continuous professional development (CPD) opportunities, and providing training for compliance with standard revisions are our core commitments.

UKASIS Belgelendirme undertakes to maintain impartiality, prevent conflicts of interest, and continuously monitor threats to impartiality in all certification activities.

These principles have been accepted by all senior management and personnel of UKASIS Belgelendirme, and are evaluated each year at the Management Review (YGG) meeting and updated where necessary.
